Honeywell ML6161B2024 Direct-Coupled Actuator 24V

Floating SPDT Actuator with 35 lb-in., non-spring return, 24 Vac ±20%. The 35 and 70 lb-in. (4 Nm and 8 Nm) Non-Spring Return Direct Coupled Actuators (DCA) are control actuators that provide floating or proportioning control for valves and dampers. The proportioning actuators accept a current or voltage signal from a controller to position the damper or valve at any chosen point between fully open and fully closed. Floating actuators are suitable for use with single pole double throw (spdt) floating thermostats or two-position control systems. Two-position control requires installation of the 201052B Auxiliary Switch.

Superior A/C synchronous submotor for consistent timing and actuator longevity.
Eliminate need for limit switches or mechanical stops by providing magnetic coupling.
All models include manual declutch lever, and bag assembly with two minimum position setscrews.
Mount directly on 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch square or round damper shaft.
Selectable 45, 60, and 90 stroke in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
